Quinton was born and raised in Broward County, Florida. Quinton is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology. Quinton also is a Police Officer in Broward County, Florida. He has a high degree of training in the following fields: youth educator, life coach, counseling, community organizing, group facilitating, restorative justice circles, and law enforcement. He often speaks on youth leadership, effective parenting, financial literacy, crime prevention, and community involvement, personal development and strengthening law enforcement and community relations.

He skillfully weaves his compelling and incredible life story into the fabric of daily lives to inspire and motivate others to maximize their full potential. Quinton understands the necessity of equipping people with the tools they need to not only respond to changes and adversities in their environment, but also adapt in a way that will enable them to stay focus on healing, togetherness and new partnerships. Quinton wants to arouse his target audience to initiate their own projects of motivation that will bring encouragement in their own communities, organizations, and subgroups.

Quinton will lead the JPSFL team in maximining mission goals.
