OUR MISSION & GOALS
Through our longtime partner, The Justice Project of South Florida (JPSFL) incorporated, who is by reputation the convening entity on ways to strengthen positive relations and trust between police officers, military personnel and youth populations and the community-at-large by using a restorative justice practice as a framework for dialogue.
Our facilitation experience and partnerships bring over a decade of coordinating group sessions that have address topics that provided key perspectives in mental health first aid, restorative justice practices, youth development and leadership, and trauma consequences. Circles of Change approach has been proven to help individuals identify the root of their challenges, equip them with practical tools, and empowers them to seek help and advocate for themselves and others. I can introduce mental health training for staff and volunteers, facilitate restorative peacemaking circles to resolve conflicts, and offer youth empowerment programs that break negative cycles and outcomes.
Additionally, we help foster partnerships with schools, law enforcement, and community organizations to create a more holistic and compassionate alternative to prevent those from entering the criminal justice system.
Our ultimate goal is to restore hope, create pathways to heal the effects
of trauma, and give individuals the tools to thrive within their communities.
